Valiya Marma Gulika – Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala – 100 Tablets

Valiya Marma Gulika is a classical Ayurvedic tablet (Gulika) preparation manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Sahasrayogam. The name Marma refers to the classical Ayurvedic concept of vital anatomical points (Marmasthanas) — junctions of muscle, bone, ligament, vessel, and joint that are of critical physiological importance. This 37-ingredient formulation is classically indicated for conditions involving Marmabhighata (trauma to vital points and organs), disorders of the heart, brain, and urinary system, and neuromuscular conditions. Uniquely, this preparation can be used both internally and externally, the latter as a paste with butter and breast milk applied to the crown (Murdhni) in conditions such as syncope and giddiness. • Mutraghata / Mutrarkrichra — urinary retention and dysuria conditions, as per classical Ayurvedic reference
• Bastisula — urinary bladder conditions associated with Vata imbalance
• Vata vikara — generalised Vata-predominant neuromuscular and locomotor conditions, as classically indicated
• External application — classically referenced for topical application on the crown (Murdhni) in conditions of syncope and giddiness, as per Sahasrayogam

Key Ingredients Valiya Marma Gulika 

Three-phase decoction preparation. Equal quantities (192g each) of the following herbs in Phase 1:

Phase 2 (96g each): Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pashanabheda (Bergenia ligulata), Varuna (Crataeva nurvala), Eranda (Ricinus communis), Brihati (Solanum indicum), Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum), Shalaparni (Desmodium gangeticum), Prishnaparni (Uraria picta), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Devadaru (Cedrus deodara)

Phase 3 (768g each): Triphala — Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica)

Binding substances: Madhu (honey), Sharkara (sugar)

Dosage Valiya Marma Gulika 

As directed by your Ayurvedic physician.

(Manufacturer reference: 1–2 tablets once or twice daily before or after food — or as directed by physician. For external application: crush tablet and mix with equal parts butter and breast milk; apply to crown of head as directed by physician.)
