Lohasavam is an Ayurvedic syrup indicated for Anemia, weakness, and exhaustion, skin disorders, cardiac disorder, arrhythmia, diabetes, ascites, asthma, piles, anorexia, fistula and liver conditions. It is a hematinic medicine containing Iron. It is great for achieving relief from an enlarged spleen.
