Aswagandhadi Yamakam – Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala – 200ml

Aswagandhadi Yamakam is a classical Ayurvedic Yamakam preparation manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Ashtangahridayam (Chikitsa Sthana). A Yamakam is a classical Sneha kalpana (oleaginous preparation) where two fats — sesame oil (Taila) and cow ghee (Ghrita) — are processed together in equal measure, the defining characteristic of the Yamakam preparation type. Prepared with Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) as the principal herb along with eight classical supporting herbs processed in sesame oil, ghee, cow milk, and curd, this preparation is classically indicated for Vata-predominant conditions of Kshaya (depletion) and Shosha (wasting), and conditions associated with Vata imbalance in the musculoskeletal system. For external use. Physician supervision mandatory.

Pack size: 200ml
