Valiya Sahacharadi Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Sahasrayogam. Prepared with Sahachara (Strobilanthes ciliatus) as the principal herb in a tri-taila base of sesame oil, ghee, and castor oil, this formulation is classically indicated for Vata-predominant neuromuscular and locomotor disorders. Method of Application
Warm the oil slightly and apply over the affected area. Massage gently until absorbed, followed by hot fomentation (Swedana) if prescribed by your physician. For Abhyanga (full body massage): apply 30 minutes to one hour before bath.
External application: For general use under physician guidance. Only under the direct supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic physician in a clinical setting.
