Pinda Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Ashtangahridayam (Chikitsa Sthana). Method of Application
Warm the oil slightly. Apply over the affected area and massage gently until absorbed. For Abhyanga: apply 30–60 minutes before bath. For clinical Panchakarma applications (Pizhichil, Kizhi, Basti): administered by a qualified Ayurvedic physician in a clinical setting only.
