• Children under 5 years may have 1-5ml tonic per day
• Children within 6-9 years may have 5ml tonic per day
• Children within 10-13 years may have 5ml tonic per day
• Children within 13-19 years may have 15ml tonic per day
• Mix with equal amount of lukewarm water before consumption
