Eladi is the Main Ingredients of Eladi Churna.

Eladi Churna Uses:

1. Improves digestion.
2. Relieves vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia.
3. scraps the tongue and refreshens the mouth, removes the bad odour.

Effects on dosha: balances kapha and vata.

In excess may increase pitta and gastric irritation.

Eladi Churna Dosage:

1/4-1/2tsf with honey or milk or sugar.oncxe or twice as suggested by ayurvedic physician.
