Method of Application
For Nasya (nasal application): 2–4 drops per nostril as directed by your Ayurvedic physician. Administer only under physician supervision.
For Shiroabhyanga (head massage): Apply a suitable quantity over the scalp and massage gently. Leave for 30–60 minutes before bathing.
For musculoskeletal application: Apply over the affected area and massage gently as directed by physician.
For external use and Nasya only. Not for internal consumption. Nasya must be administered under physician supervision.
