Ellumnishadi Choornam is a proprietary Ayurvedic powder preparation manufactured by Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala, classically indicated for Vataraktha Swayadhu — haemarthrosis and joint swelling associated with Vata-Rakta conditions as per Ayurvedic texts. This choornam is formulated for external use only, to be applied as a lepa (paste) by mixing with milk and ghee as directed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician.

Ellumnishadi Choornam is traditionally indicated for:

• Vataraktha Swayadhu — classically referenced in Ayurvedic texts for haemarthrosis (bleeding into joints) and joint swelling associated with Vata-Rakta imbalance
• Haemarthrosis — joint swelling due to Raktha Vatha conditions
• For external application only — not for internal use
