Vastyamayantaka Ghritam – Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala – 150gm

Vastyamayantaka Ghritam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated ghee (Ghritam) manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Sahasrayogam. The name Vastyamayantaka (Vasti = urinary bladder / Mutravahasrota; Amayantaka = disease-subduing) reflects its classical context as a formulation for urinary system conditions. Prepared with 48 classical herbs processed in a ghee base with tender coconut water and cow milk, this Ghritam is classically indicated for Mutrakrichra, Ashmari, Prameha, and related Mutravahasrota disorders. It is used both as an oral medicine and as a preparatory Snehana (oleation) in Panchakarma procedures under physician supervision. To be taken strictly under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.

Pack size: 150gm

Classical Indications

Vastyamayantaka Ghritam is classically referenced in Sahasrayogam for:

  • Mutrakrichra — urinary conditions associated with painful or difficult urination, as traditionally referenced in Ayurvedic texts
  • Mutraghata — urinary retention and obstruction, as classically indicated
  • Ashmari — urinary calculi, as referenced in classical Ayurvedic texts
  • Prameha — urinary disorders including those associated with Kapha and Vata imbalance, as per classical reference
  • Neurogenic bladder conditions — as referenced in Kottakkal's product documentation
  • Snehakarma (Panchakarma) — traditionally used as preparatory oleation in clinical Panchakarma procedures, under physician supervision only

Vastyamayantaka Ghritam - 150GM - Kottakkal

This medicine works

I've taken this for OAB symptoms and voila it worked like magic after struggling with more than 6 years. But when you open the bottle you would see half ghee is on upper side stick it to brim. As it is ghee, its obvious, it would be in freeze form, whereas half ghee is below and in the middle that area is empty. I hope they would fill the bottle with full of medicine.
