Rasnadi Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic medicated oil manufactured by Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, referenced in Sahasrayogam. Named after its principal herb Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), this oil is primarily a Murdha Taila (head oil) classically used for Nasya (nasal application), Shiroabhyanga (head massage), and Shirovasti (head retention procedures). It is classically indicated for Shiro roga (head conditions) including Peenasa (chronic rhinitis/sinusitis), Ardhavabhedaka (migraine/hemicrania), Shirahshula (headache), and related Vata-Kapha conditions of the head and upper respiratory tract. Method of Application

For Nasya (nasal application): 2–4 drops per nostril as directed by your Ayurvedic physician. Administer only under physician supervision.

For Shiroabhyanga (head massage): Apply a suitable quantity over the scalp and massage gently. Leave for 30–60 minutes before bathing.

For musculoskeletal application: Apply over the affected area and massage gently as directed by physician.
